Comparative Analysis of SAW and TOPSIS on Best Employee Decision Support System

The decision-making process has many assessment criteria needed as the basis for its assessment. A large number of problems regarding length time required in require decision-makers to find solutions. Decision Support System is one option that can be developed by decision makers because it help improve efficiency and accuracy process.
 developing support requires certain calculation methods part processing. are quite widely used build a system include Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This research aims analyze cases raised solutions problems. dynamic been successfully created design dynamics SAW TOPSIS evaluated analyzed level based on manual calculations. results obtained an value 65% 100%. Furthermore, order out best use taking parameters form same generated from calculations two methods. 40% 100% testing using 60 employee data 8 used.
